The most attractive characteristic of this brand is the fruitiness. As soon as opening the bottle, the fruity aroma like pineapple and melon pops up.
The taste is sweet and sour, and the elegant Umami makes this label, not just fruity Sake. It nicely pairs with cheese, fatty tuna, and Wagyu.
