With a variety of melon and fruit aromas as the main body, this sake offers rich layers of flavor. Brewed using “soft water from the Tone River underground flow,” it has an exceptionally smooth mouthfeel.
It's made from Hattan-Nishiki Sake rice from Hiroshima Prefecture. It is bottled using the traditional hanging bag method, extracting only the purest and finest part of the sake.
Due to the complexity and challenging nature of Hattan-Nishiki, Nanyo Brewery is one of the few that can masterfully bring out its delicious characteristics!
The aroma is dominated by melon and fruit notes, with a slight greenish astringency. A gentle swirl releases its bouquet, revealing the scents of Bartlett pear, fresh grass, and Chilean apple.
