The rice polishing ratio is an impressive 35%! And only Nakadori part is bottled directly!

This is a fresh, newly-pressed Junmai Daiginjo made with Gohyakumangoku rice from Shibukawa City, Gunma Prefecture. The Sake, just squeezed in the cold storage, is bottled unfiltered and unpasteurized.

It has a pleasant level of carbonation and a melon-like aroma. You can taste a saintly, sophisticated, and comfortable acidity. Be careful—it's a high-quality Sake that's easy to drink too much of!
