A Junmaiginjo with a pleasant sweetness and a refreshing aftertaste. It is a light and crisp beautiful Sake.
When poured into a glass, it releases a bright aroma that spreads gently. The taste is refreshingly fizzy, sweet, and sour, reminiscent of ramune.
With an alcohol content of 14%, it is slightly lower than usual, yet it does not lack body. The flavor expands, followed by a refreshing effervescence and a pleasant bitterness for a clean finish. This sake is made with Hitomebore rice from Gunma Prefecture and uses Kyokai No. 1801 yeast.
