Hirijizm is the latest brand of Hiriji Shuzo, the theme is challenge and trial. It’s an ambitious Sake only botting the Seme part.
It's directly bottled with only Seme, which is the last part of squeezing Sake. It's made with Yamadanishiki polished down to 50%.
It is carefully bottled directly so that you can enjoy the fresh taste and fizzy mouth-feeling, and the gorgeous Ginjo aroma unique to Hijiri is combined with the right amount of sourness and refreshing Umami, that is unique to Hijiri.
