5% discount with JunmaiDaiginjo plan
A Junmaidaiginjo directly drawn from the tank, made from Higashikawa-produced "Kitashizuku" brewer's rice, polished down to 45%.
. Brewed using "Kitashizuku" rice, which first appeared in 2014, the rice achieves greater depth in the environment of Higashikawa Town. The Sake is characterized by a soft sweetness and a refreshing finish, while also offering a rich, full-bodied taste with a clear rice flavor.
The gentle sweetness and acidity are hormonized, making it an excellent choice for pairing with meals. The finish is clean and tightening, yet it allows one to clearly feel the carbonation and the deliciousness of the nama (unpasteurized) sake. It is a delightful taste that should not be missed!
