The freshly brewed Sake nouveau in 2023 has a soft texture and light-bodied smooth taste.
It's produced with the local Gohyakumangoku, 2023 super fresh Sake nouveau with a soft aroma and attack. Like the limited winter edition, it's also an unpasteurized, unfiltered, and undiluted edition.
You can appreciate the full of character of this Sake, but it's still light and soft Sake, so it's nicely paired with any kind of dish.
In winter, lots of crabs are in season. Let's enjoy pairing with crabs.
