Colorful and beautiful sweetness like apple, elegant and complex Umami, fresh and sharp finish.
It's brewed by using the local yeast Miyagi B, and the top note is flowery and sweet.
Once sipping it, the beautiful aroma like apple goes through the nose. The texture is moderately thick, and mellow Umami spreads gently.
The sweetness comes out from the Umami, and it's very purified and elegant. The transition of taste is colorful and vivid. The long-lasting beautiful sweetness makes this Sake gorgeous.
