Distinct from a typical dry Sake, this is a well-balanced, dry sake from Ryoko that allows you to enjoy its beautiful, unique aroma!
This is a Junmaiginjo made from Niigata local rice polished down to 55%. It's a new product aiming for a perfect balance between a dry taste and a rich aroma.
The initial scent carries the roundness of apples or ripe bananas, and when you take a sip, the clear taste reminiscent of berries unfolds with a soft thickness derived from the koji mold. The aftertaste allows you to firmly experience its dryness.
