Clear and transparent taste, elegant aroma, and sweetness!!
A unique brewery relocated from Gifu Prefecture to Hokkaido in 2020. They use the clear snowmelt water of Mount Taisetsu and high-quality rice cultivated by local contract farmers to brew a Sake with a clear and transparent flavor unique to Hokkaido.
This sake, brewed with Suisei rice, has a pleasant aroma reminiscent of melon and a juicy, elegant taste that lingers softly. Enjoy the gentle flavor and soft aftertaste of this Sake.
