Satoh Takumi is the name of the brewmaster of Hatomasamune, and they brew Sake with using the rice specially grown by brewers carefully. It's produced by using white Koji instead of yellow Koji, which is normally used for brewing Sake.
The aroma is very impressive, which is like fresh-cut lemon. The texture is clean and refreshing. The refreshing sourness and moderate sweetness make this Sake very juicy.
The sourness makes the finish very crisp. We highly recommend pairing with deep-fried fish, chicken, and pork.
