Tora-ya Honten brews Sake using one of the seven famous springs in Utsunomiya, "Nijinoi," as its water source. Their main brand, "Shichisui," produces a vivid taste like a rainbow, as the name suggests.
The JUICY series explores the potential of Sake, expressing various flavors using only rice as its raw material.
Although the theme is watermelon, there is no actual watermelon flavor 😎. This Sake is designed for the hot season, using watermelon as a motif. The taste is refreshing, with a sharp acidity more similar to grapefruit. Enjoy the bursting freshness as if you just bit into a fruit.
