In 2021, the theme of Shichisui is "fruits". The concept of this Sake is melon flavor. The young and visionary brewmaster Mr. Tenmaya only can produce this kind of unique Sake.
As soon as opening the bottle, you will figure out the concept. The aroma is sweet, but Gohyakumangoku brewer's rice makes the sharpness and dryness, so it's well-balanced.
It's juicy and sharp Sake. Please try to pair with prosciutto.
