The label design is an homage to the Tango fabric of Kyoto.
It's produced by yeast no7 and bio Koshihikari produced by the experienced local farmer, Mr. Teruyoshi Nakajima.
It's a very refreshing and crisp Sake with gentle Umami and sweetness.
