If you want to experience a completely different flavor of sake, be sure to try this one.
This limited edition Sake uses “Shunyō” rice from Tango, Kyoto Prefecture. “Shunyō” rice contains less protein compared to regular rice. This creates a special flavor called 4MMP, which is similar to that found in wine made from Chardonnay grapes.
The Sake is brewed using Kyoto yeasts “Kyo no Hana” and “Kyo no Saku.” Upon opening the cap, releases a refreshing aroma of grapefruit and lychee. When sipped, a delightful sweetness and crisp acidity intertwine, delivering a light and sharp mouthfeel.
