It's a seasonally limited Toyobjin, only available in the brewing period. They release very few nama Sake, so it's rare. It's fresh and fruity Junmaiginjo with refreshingly fruity flavor.
The grade is set as Junmaiginjo but it's produced by Yamadanishiki polished down to 40%, 50%. It's equivalent to Junmaidaiginjo grade.
The aroma is fruity akin to pear and melon, and it's very transparent. It's only bottling the Sake naturally dripped by own weight. Please enjoy the soft and elegant Sake.
